JAKE KNOTMAN
Growing up in Manchester UK, a city full of growth and opportunities, Jake realises how great a City Manchester was, at an earlier stage of his life. Having invested in the Lancashire markets for the last few years now, Jake has been acquiring a mix of residential and commercial properties across the county, as well as helping investors invest their capital into the key investment locations, generating high returns without living close to the property.
Jake has acquired a number of properties under £50,000 e.g.£32,000, £35,000, £47,000 and incredibly one at £10,000!
Having completed his first city centre development at the age of 21 (10x apartments in the Ancoats area) Jake has travelled the world from China to Hong Kong all the way to Qatar, meeting with partners and investors to discuss opportunities within the UK property market.
